DETROIT 2 BOLIVAR is a round red vegetable beet with good internal coloration. It's a sure bet for short distribution channels, in the early bottling niche. It is suitable for mini-vegetable production.
DETROIT 2 BOLIVAR shows good resistance to going to seed. Its shelf life is very good. Nitrate uptake is low. This variety is equally well suited to the fresh and industrial markets. This variety is available as precision seeds, in mechanical monogerm.

Very early, for first harvests. Very regular, smooth roots. Monogerm variety. Shelf life is 3/5.
