A CARDE BLANCHE 3 RACE B is a field pear variety. With its white chard and dark green, blistered foliage, it offers a very attractive commercial presentation. The carding is 35 to 40 cm long and 10 to 15 cm wide. We also appreciate its excellent resistance to cold and to going to seed.
