HYSOPE
An aromatic Mediterranean herb
Hyssop, a perennial member of the Lamiaceae family, grows in Mediterranean garrigues and can reach 20 to 50 cm in height. Its spikes of blue flowers and lanceolate leaves are a welcome addition to many dishes and salads. Appreciated for its digestive properties, this herb, closely related to marjoram and oregano, is an original aromatic ally.
