NEW ZEALAND SPINACH
Tetragonia is a vegetable of Japanese origin. It arrived in France in the early 19th century, via the United Kingdom. It owes its name to the shape of its seeds (tetragone = 4 sides). Relatively rare, tetragonia is used as a spinach. It is sometimes referred to as "New Zealand spinach". Discover the VOLTZ Maraîchage range of conventional seeds.
