TARRAGON

Used in seasoning for their delicate aniseed aroma, tarragon leaves or young shoots can be harvested several times a year. The essential oil content is highest just before flowering.
Russian tarragon (Artemisia dracunculoides) is the only tarragon that can multiply by seed. It is perennial, productive and has a less pronounced taste than French tarragon.
