Leaf with a cumin and cinnamon taste. Also called Shiso. 1000 seeds per grain, sow in spring, summer and autumn. Height 15 to 100 cm. Width 30 to 50 cm. Field-grown.
A highly fragrant, aromatic annual. Also known as Japanese parsley. 950 to 1000 seeds per gram, sown in spring and summer. Cultivation is in the open field under a tarpaulin.
