In Europe, it is produced mainly in Italy, Spain, France, Germany and the Netherlands. In the United States, it is one of the main "salads" consumed.

DAYBREAK is a yellow-green ribbed celery. It is equally well suited to the fresh market and the industrial sector. It is also appreciated for its good resistance to bolting. It grows to 40-45 cm, with a semi-erect habit.
